Viking pendant: Aegishjalmur
This Viking rune, also known as Helm of Awe, is a powerful and magical symbol of protection. It is used as an amulet against physical or mental dangers.
Originally, this symbol would have been incised on the front of a warrior's helmet, or drawn on his forehead, to face his opponents without fear.
A 35 mm diameter tin disc covered with an Icelandic Viking rune in relief, placed under smoked transparent enamel.
The buckle, to which the leather leather strap is attached, is finished with traditional dragon heads.
