Superb pendant representing a wolf's head howling at the moon

 

 

The symbolism of the wolf is that of the scout, the precursor, the teacher. The wolf embodies intelligence, seriousness, strength, thoughtfulness but also the wild side in every living being.


The Amerindians consider the wolf, the bear, the eagle, the fox and the wolverine as the 5 spirits of the Earth.


The wolf has always captured the imagination of very diverse cultures around the globe. This is true of the Turkic peoples (from Central Asia to Turkey) who see themselves as descendants of the wolf.

The paint is protected with a layer of thermosetting resin which ensures the finish.


The setting is made with leather cord.


The whole process is done by hand, from rough cutting with a saw to varnishing with a brush.


Soapstone has calming and soothing properties. It is used to calm and stabilise the mind. It is also used to improve communication and socialization.

As each stone is unique and different, differences in colour and size may occur
