MODALITES OF DELIVERY

 
 Standard deliveries in followed Colissimo or Letter Max
 
 The orders are treated the day of reception of the payment at the latest the next day.
 
 The sendings are realized on Monday to on Fridays by the post in Followed Colissimo or Letter Max according to the weight and ordered items.
 
 The announced delays of delivery by the Post are: 
 - Metropolitan, Corsican France, Andorra:  48 hours - Remains of the world:  5 to 9 days
 
 ZONES OF DELIVERY: 
 
Zone 1:  Metropolitan, Corsican france, Andorra
Zone 2:  Overseas
Zone 3:  Remain of the world
 
 FRESH OF DELIVERY: 
 
The transportation expenses clearly are indicated on the order voucher.
The calculation of the expenses is carried out at the selection of the country of destination and total weight of the order. 
The price of the expenses is TTC.
 For the corporations possessing a N° of VAT intracommunautaire, the products will be billed out tax but the harbor expenses in all understood loads.
 
Fresh of harbor Forfaitaire to 5.00 € : 
Only for the Zone 1 and for the inferior packages of a weight to 10 kg. Beyond the 10 kg the expenses will be calculated according to the real weight of the order. 
 
 Fresh of Free harbors: 
 Only for the Zone 1, For the inferior packages of a weight to 10 kg and of which the total of the order is equal or superior to 100 € TTC.
 If the one of these criteria is absent the expenses apply according to the methods of the expenses of harbor forfaitaire or according to the weight of the order.
 
 Fresh of harbor according to the weight: 
 Applies for the orders not returning in the methods of the Expenses of harbor forfaitaire or free Expenses of harbor. Beyond 30 kg, we ask you to divide your order into two

Delivery abroad:

In case of order towards a country other one than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the concerned product. In that case, duty of customs, import or quite other local tax may be due by your local authorities.
These expenses will be at your expense and raise from your whole responsibility both in terms of loads and from statementsor from payment. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
In the case of a order present, know that we are obliged to join the invoice in a dress handkerchief leaned in the parcel.
